1. Agreement to Terms
Welcome to Standard Machinist. These Terms & Conditions govern your access to and use of our platform, including parametric configurators and CAD generation utilities. By configuring, exporting, or procuring items, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms.
2. Parametric CAD Configurations
All CAD geometry, dimensions, calculations, and estimates generated on this platform are for informational and planning purposes. Standard Machinist does not guarantee physical feasibility or performance criteria of user-created configurations.
3. Order Placement & Procurements
By submitting a checkout request, you authorize the platform to mask and route your contact details to the selected fulfiller / vendor. An order submission is a request for production. Contracts are formed only when a vendor accepts the order.
4. User Account Obligations
If you access the platform via a magic verification link, you are responsible for maintaining the privacy of your inbox access. You agree not to use the platform for unauthorized distribution of custom proprietary components or malicious CAD export flooding.
5. Liability Limitations
In no event shall Standard Machinist, its vendors, or partners be liable for any indirect, consequential, or incidental damages (including machine downtime or physical assembly failures) resulting from custom spring specifications configurations.
