1. Production Lead Times

All springs are custom-manufactured upon order. Production setup, winding, grinding, heat-treatment, and plating typically take **5 to 10 business days** depending on the specific spring type and volume.

2. Shipping Rates & Partners

We ship custom components globally using high-priority freight partners (e.g. DHL, FedEx, Bluedart). Shipping costs are calculated during dispatch based on package weight and dimensions.

3. Delivery Estimates

* **Domestic (India):** 2 to 4 business days post-dispatch. * **International:** 5 to 9 business days post-dispatch (subject to local customs clearance).

4. Customs & Import Taxes

For international shipments, the buyer is responsible for any local customs duties, import tariffs, or clearance fees levied by their country's border authority.
